Delete Your Account — AccredReady

Before You Delete

⚠️ Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, there is no recovery option. We recommend exporting a PDF report of your compliance data before proceeding — use the ⬇ Export PDF button on the Dashboard screen.

If you only want to sign out of a device, use Profile → Sign out instead. Your data will remain intact and accessible when you sign in again.

What Gets Deleted

The following data is permanently and immediately removed from our database:

Your hospital profile and name
All assessments linked to your hospital
All OE scores and evidence links
All CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) records
All KPI data entries and custom KPI targets
All internal audit records and custom audit templates
All mock drill records
All committee meeting logs
All committee calendar plans
All checklist progress records
All statutory license records
All patient tracer records
Your authentication account (email address and password)

Any residual data in Supabase's automated backup snapshots is purged within 30 days as those backup windows expire. No manual retention occurs after that point.

Deletion Timeline

Method 1 — In-App (Instant)

RECOMMENDED Available to all signed-in users

Open the app and sign in

Go to accredready.in and sign in with your email and password.

Navigate to Profile

In the top navigation bar, click ••• (More menu), then select 👤 Profile.

Scroll to Danger Zone

Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page to find the ⚠️ DANGER ZONE section.

Click "Delete Account"

Click the Delete Account button. A confirmation modal will appear describing everything that will be deleted.

Confirm deletion

Click Yes, delete everything to confirm. All data is deleted immediately and you are signed out. The process is complete — no further steps needed.

Method 2 — Email Request

ALTERNATIVE Use if you cannot access the app

If you are unable to sign in to the app, send an email to us and we will delete your account manually within 7 business days.

Use subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include the email address registered with your AccredReady account. We may ask for a brief verification to confirm account ownership before proceeding.

After Deletion

Once deleted, your email address is free to be used for a new AccredReady account at any time. Previous data will not be restored — a new account starts completely fresh.
