Understanding the building blocks of NABH accreditation.
Objective Elements (OEs) are the specific, measurable criteria that NABH assessors evaluate during accreditation. Each OE requires documented evidence of compliance through policies, procedures, records, or observed practices.
Each OE is scored on a 1–5 scale: 1 = No compliance, 2 = Poor compliance, 3 = Partial compliance, 4 = Good compliance, 5 = Full compliance. CORE OEs must score ≥4. Your overall score determines accreditation eligibility.
OEs require different types of evidence: documented policies, implementation records, staff competency records, patient tracer evidence, or direct observation. AccredReady guides you on what evidence to collect for each OE.
For every OE, AccredReady provides 4 specific achieve tips — concrete actions that move you from non-compliant to fully compliant, written by a practicing NABH Quality Manager.
AccredReady gives you a digital dashboard for all OEs with real-time scoring, achieve tips, and gap reports.
